Brief description The R&S®Pulse Sequencer software together with the R&S®SMW-K301 option enhances the capabilities of the R&S®SMW-K301 option. The R&S®SMW-K301 option allows users to utilize various control elements like loops, nested loops, overlays, fillers and subsequences for sequencing applications. Deterministic, random or mixed deterministic and random inter-pulse modulation profiles can be used. In addition, the influences of antenna diagrams and antenna scans can be considered. Pulse sequences with control elements, antenna diagrams and antenna scans can be combined to form an emitter. For scenario simulation, multiple emitters together with a receiver can be placed on a 2D map. Attitude information of the receiver and the emitter can be considered. For the receiver, the antenna diagram and antenna scan type can be considered. The receiver itself can also carry an antenna diagram with a dedicated antenna scan. This makes it possible to simulate real-world signals as they occur at the RF output of a receiver antenna. The scenario can also take into account rotating emitter and receiver antennas. The R&S®SMW-K301 option allows users to place multiple emitters on the 2D map. In the case of multiple emitters, multiple waveforms are generated. Each waveform contains one emitter and receiver characteristic and can then be loaded into the ARB of a signal generator. The R&S®SMW-K301 option also supports import of R&S®WinIQSIM2™ waveforms or customer waveforms as an interferer on the 2D map. The R&S®SMW-K301 option also provides a plug-in interface. It can accommodate user-defined plug-ins for modulation schemes, inter-pulse modulation or reporting together with the standard features of the R&S®SMW-K301 option. The R&S®SMW-K301 option can only be used together with R&S®SMW-K300.''
