Key Facts The R&S®GB4000T control unit provides air traffic controllers with a secure and easy-to-use tool for daily operation of their radios. The R&S®GB4000T control unit is designed for the remote control of R&S®Series4200 radios for air traffic control (ATC) communications. The control unit is based on an industrial PC with integrated 7 touch panel display, which is used for entering information to control the radio. The R&S®GB4000T is connected to the radio via an IP network, allowing users to monitor the status of the radio and to set operational parameters such as frequency, squelch, etc.
